All Bohême's products are hand-made in our Lumbin factory near Grenoble. The team is composed of 3 craftsmen and the head of production, Mr. Piantoni. It is these passionate craftsmen who create these extraordinary products for you.

Core shaping and sticking sidewalls

Each core is shaped by our specialist woodworker, defining the core's sides, sticking on the sidewall and profiling the core (that is what determines the ski or board's flex).

Getting components ready

Cutting and sanding the edges :the edges are cut, arched and sanded.
Cutting the topsheet : the wooden topsheet is the spirit of Bohême's products. These topsheets are hand-picked to meet your demands. The topsheets are natural, non-treated wood, we just simply lay it flat and cut it.

Essencial for attaining perfect results"

Cutting the base : this cut is hand done with the craft knife. Cutting the fibres, cutting the logo, heel piece preparation : putting into place the final components before casting.

Casting

The Bohême secret... We use a vacuum press with slow setting resins.

Cutting and finish

After casting, the product only has to be cut and sanded before we can see it take on its final shape.

All the skis and boards are finished by hand and waxed. The last link in the chain left is to guarantee the product, stick the logo on and wrap it up.
